Under this CRC project, NIRW distributed 5,500 free DIY@home kits across our region. While stocks last, you will receive a sturdy complimentary box to store the CRC items in until you are ready.

A useful DIY@home kit to help organise and store your household problem waste until you can drop off these items at your CRC. The CRC Problem Waste Storage Box comes with stickers to label your box and instructions to temporarily store these items:
- Household batteries
- Fluoro globes
- Smoke detectors
- Used cooking oil
You can collect a free CRC Problem Waste Storage Box from your local Council at Customer Service.
